Homeschool Hub (“Homeschool Hub,” “we,” “us”) is a homeschool-curriculum and tutoring platform operated by Chad Hackleman. These Terms govern your use of the app at this domain and any related services.
The service is intended for use by a parent or legal guardian who creates and manages accounts on behalf of their household. Kids under 18 may only use the service through a parent-created profile. By signing up, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of every child profile you add.
The service uses AI to generate, deliver, and grade homeschool lessons. Lessons are produced by large language models and are not a substitute for a credentialed teacher or for legally-required records that your state may demand. You are responsible for any homeschooling reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your password has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Pricing and any future plan tiers will be shown before you are charged. You can cancel at any time from your account page.
Lessons, hints, and responses are produced by an AI model and may contain mistakes. You should review content with your child the same way you would review any third-party curriculum. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output for any specific educational purpose.

How we handle your child's data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can review, export, or delete your child's profile and all related learning data at any time from your account page. Deletion is permanent.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your child will reach any specific academic level by using the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
