Every recipe is a built-in lab lesson. The kid predicts what will happen, follows the procedure, observes the outcome, and writes a short reflection. Safety disclaimers are baked into every lesson; stove-top and knife work are gated by age.
Each level contains multiple lessons. The adaptive placement system picks the right starting level for each child — they may start higher or lower than the grade range suggests.
