Science
for homeschool families.

Science isn't a textbook subject. We use lab-style lessons where the kid gets a hands-on prompt, predicts an outcome, runs the test (kitchen science for elementary, real experiments for high school), and writes up what happened.

What it covers

From kindergarten through senior year.

  • K-2: living vs nonliving, plants, weather, the body
  • 3-5: life cycles, ecosystems, simple machines, energy
  • 6-8: cells, genetics, chemistry intro, earth + space
  • 9-12: biology, chemistry, physics — with lab lessons
The Cullinan approach

Lab lessons walk the kid through the scientific method: hypothesis, procedure, observation, conclusion. The AI tutor evaluates the writeup against a rubric. Spaced-repetition keeps definitions and concepts live across the year.

Why it matters

Most homeschool science is read-the-chapter, answer-the-questions. Cullinan's lab lessons get the kid actually doing science — which is what makes it stick.
